An electric enterprise got the order to deliver, assemble and wire the field equipment on a mayor construction site. Building owner was a public client who had awarded the order to a general contractor; this general contractor had ordered the electric-technical equipment to a corporate group which engaged subcontractors yet. The coordination on site was realized by several planning offices which were supported by various freelancers. In this very complicated project situation ProfitProcess got the order to support the project manager of the electric enterprise.

First step was to realize the contract analysis; special attention was laid, on this occasion, on the formalities to be kept to reduce avoidable and sometimes consciously provoked delays on the account to a minimum

On this base ProfitProcess ensured the submitting of supplement offers, measurements and calculations according to forms and time limits of the agreed contract.

Disturbances in the Project execution were documented just in time by registering and cancelling of obstruction notices carefully.

Client-sided legwork (information, decisions, drawings) were called strictly in time.

Thus it was reached that the project was realized successfully and was invoiced even in such a critical constellation.
