I dispose of more than 20 years of experience in the plant manufacturing. During this time I was a Sales manager for 5 years, a leader of a profit centre for 7 years and a managing director for 3 years.
In 2005 I have founded the ProfitProcess; since that time we are successful particularly in the main focuses Claim management and Contract management.
The work in the different management levels – in each level with personnel responsibility, sales responsibility and profit responsibility – generates the experience in the fields of project and process organisation, of team guidance, of responsibility of the result, of customer orientation as well as of contract negotiations.
The education to the qualified engineer electrical engineering at FH Kiel and at the University of Technology of Braunschweig forms the technical basis of my activity.
